I am going to explain to you how to build unstoppable self-confidence in any situation.

Imagine this:

You find yourself at a crowded party, surrounded by lively conversations and laughter. The fear of saying something awkward or being judged for your opinions makes you hesitate to join in. Instead, you linger on the outskirts, feeling like everyone else belongs to a different, more confident world.

I know because I have been there.

Read on so I can explain exactly how you can conquer this fear and violently obliterate it out of existence.

Then finally you can be the confident person that you want to be.

Now say, "Unfortunately..." and then tell the reader why so many people don't.

Unfortunately, most people fail because they never read to the end and if do, they never take the steps that I give them.

They don't feel the pain hard enough!

  • They don't want results hard enough.
  • Fear of rejection
  • Fear of failure
  • Negative self-talk

The thing is I have been through this. I have failed time and time again because of the reasons above. Yet I am here, I still succeeded and so will you.

I will show you how to overcome all of the problems that I have told you about.

Here's how, step by step:

Week 1 (Day 0 - 7)

I could carry on waffling like the rest of the people in this industry with cliche advice, but I won't, because I respect your time So here it is.

In your first week, I am going to help you change your mental state, because what I find common in people with low confidence, is that they are always anxious and in the fight or flight state, we need to get you out of this state as soon as possible.

Here is your daily checklist for week one:

  • Meditate for 10 mins daily
  • Always breathe through your nose
  • Always remind yourself to belly-breathe

The first week is not too hard.

This one is more about changing the state of your brain, and people really underestimate how powerful this is. Breathing healthily is one of the most crucial parts of removing anxiety and getting out of your head.

Remember what I told you about how most people fail because they never take the steps that I give to them?

Yep!

This is one of the steps they never take because they don't think it has an effect, they think I am just wasting their time, but I gave you a promise.

If you put your trust in me and follow the steps every day for 30 days, your confidence will skyrocket, deal?

Week 2 (Day 8 - 14)

Here is your daily checklist:

  • Meditate for 10 minutes daily
  • Always breathe through the nose
  • Always belly-breathe
  • Say at least one word to 5 strangers a day

Now that we improved your mental state into a calm one, last week now you are ready to make some moves.

Before you are about to talk to someone and you feel anxious remind yourself to breathe as possible through your nose all the way down to your belly (your belly has to expand as you breathe in)

Say at least one word to 5 strangers a day, that could be a random ''Hi'' or asking for directions or anything at all.

Week 3 (Day 15 - 21)

Week 3 daily checklist:

  • Meditate for 10 mins daily
  • Always breathe through the nose
  • Always belly-breathe
  • Say at least two words to 10 strangers a day

Week 4 (Day 22 - 28)

Week 4 Daily Checklist

  • Have one conversation with a stranger a day

This is going to be tough so hear me out.

Let's make it easier for you.

First, let me tell you what counts as a conversation if they speak to you two separate times or more that counts as a conversation. For example: If you say something, then they say something and then you say something and they say something that is a conversation, they said something two separate times.
